About

Amanda Levendowski is a clinical teaching fellow with the Technology Law & Policy Clinic at NYU Law and an affiliate researcher with the Information Law Institute. Her clinical projects and research address how we can develop practical approaches to digital problems. In addition to her work on how copyright law channels artificial intelligence in a biased direction, she is also developing a novel framework called conflict modeling, which adapts threat modeling methodologies to identifying, analyzing, and mitigating the risks of online conflict. Before joining NYU Law as a fellow, Amanda practiced copyright, trademark, and privacy law with Cooley and Kirkland & Ellis.
