About
Margot Hanley is a DLI Doctoral Fellow and studies ethical and social dimensions of artificial intelligence. She works at the intersection of values in computing and risks to autonomy and agency in datafied systems. She is in the third year of the program and is advised by Helen Nissenbaum. She holds a MS in Sociology from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from Oberlin College.
