Corin Faife is the inaugural Peggy J. Koenig Civic Innovation Fellow at Cornell Tech DLI, researching the uses of AI and other computational techniques to increase engagement with public interest journalism.

Previously Corin worked at The Verge as a senior reporter covering privacy and cybersecurity, and at The Markup as a data reporter for the social media auditing project Citizen Browser. His work has also appeared in The Guardian, VICE, Buzzfeed, Ars Technica, Gizmodo, and more.

Corin holds a BA in politics from the University of Nottingham, and an MA in sociology from Goldsmiths University of London, where his thesis research focused on digital service provision for young people experiencing homelessness.
